ahh! so much thoughts not pen.

I JUST CAME BACK FROM PASSITON CAMP!

haha. its just so so wonderful!
my thoughts before the camp; I guess all i wanted was to learn and get equip with the skills.that's all. i expected so little.
but after the camp!
i can tell you all that i learn so much so much! (:
and it was super fun! hehe.
everyone MUST go for it next yr yea!! haha.. jkjk
anyway, passiton camp means.
passion with 't' representing a cross!
and pass.it.on! xD
yup! haha. so on the 2nd oct,
we meet up together for lunch! xD
my group was supposed to think of a name starting with 'p'
haha. and thanks to my bro's suggestion.
we are known as the POWERPUFF!
hahaha. cox we are out to save the world!
lol. i love the POWERPUFF!
it consist of our groupleader KEVIN! staff RON!
and lovely group members LIJIA, JOHNNY, ZHENGBIN, SINYI, MELVIN, CONSTANCE!
and lastly, myself! haha.
i guess God works in his miraculous ways!putting all different dynamics together,
making such a fun and loving group althogether! xD
we had losta fun together, playing our mixture game of MING, MANG, MONG! ,WHO? WHAT? HUH?, HEARTATTACK!,007!

highlights of camp;
first night was rachel's tears
its the first time i hear her dad shared
second time watching the funeral
and i read the bk b4.
but no matter how many times i have watched/read b4,
i always get to learn new things out of it.
she nv fails to inspire me.she reminds me once again of how God make use of ordinary pple like us to do great works!she reminds me that actually all we need to do is to trust the Lord and surrender all to Him.
haha! and i tot it was so amazing how God prepare her, her family and the other victims b4 the event happen! that she even know she is not going to live long.
i was thinking is God preparing me for death too?! haha. since i tot that i wun live long too. lol
next; games!
wheee` daniel and melvin are great man!
everyone enjoyed ourselves even though i tot that the games were simple.
but! HAHA! its so fun! (:
next time wan to play games, mus ask them to plan man!! xD
haha. and thanks for asking me to b ur game master! WAHAHA.
so i dun need to suffer. lol.
then; power night!
it was really a wake up call.
that i have been so indifferent abt my campus.
saying that i want i want i want to reach out to others.
yet neglecting my campus, and only focus of others.
it really hit me that i shouldn't choose my targets,
but to reach out to everyone ard me.
street evangelism!
whheee'
this is my very first time doing street E
i mus say its a great wonderful experience.
preparations;
we go through basic training and had role-playing
then we had check-out sessions!
i was quite scared to go for street E.
cox im someone who erm dun really talk to strangers
moreover is sharing with them abt Christ!
oh my. i was so scared that i wun dare to go up.
but at least its good! (:
cox of my fears, i fully relied on God! and he work miracles!
haha. and our target was 5 surveys, share 2.
i tot it was an easy job.
so,when we first reach tampines.
tabi was lyk okies lets start and she asked me to start first!
and i was lyk. ahhhh! me?! me?! so i was so lost and approached the first lady.
and i was thinking in my head, '' oh no! how? i think i forgot how to start!"
haha. but the lady rejected me.
so i was quite demoralised and felt that.
i tot it was easily, jus take up my courage and share.
but actually its hard cox pple will reject me!
then we move on to share with two gals.and the gal that i shared with was a christian! haha
but i was only lyk 2 pages only. and they run away cox the bus was here.
so i felt more demoralised.
then after tt we keep meeting pple who rejected us.
till we met zhengbin!
i guess that God knows that i was demoralised so he got Zhengbin to encourage me!
haha. zb suddenly asked me, " do you know how to speak chinese?"
i was lyk," err yea i guess. so so la. why?"
he pointed to the poor old man sitting alone at the corner and said," see the old man down there? he needs someone to share to him."
i was so touched by zb. i could really feel his passion for the lost ones.
and so i went with him.
but we didn't succeed.
after that, zb shared with a muslim guy.
the guy was very friendly.
and zb sounded super experienced!
i was very encouraged/inspired by him.
HAHA! xD
then we meet a group of gals.
so zb ask me," do u feel God's prompting to approach the group of gals?"
i hesitated cox there were 4 of them, and only me alone!
but i answered him," okay! lets' go!" without processing.
then when we caught up,
i was lyk so scared! lol.
but i tapped on the gal nearest to me and ask her to do a survey for me
then she stopped to help.
when i as her if i could share the booklet with her, she was very unwilling.
then suddenly, i heard someone shouted, " HEY!!"
it was constance! haha and she know one of the gals!
and they started chatting!
so i was lyk, " hmm, since u have to wait for ur fren, why nt jus spare your time for me? "
hahaha. and she had no other choice but to listen to me. =p
and she was the FIRST PERSON that i shared finish the entire booklet! YAY!
haha. though she didn't accepted Christ, but im glad that at least she was my first successful case! (:
then after that, cons and i were waiting for tabi and sinyi
then we approached 3 gals who stood there for very long.
me: "hi, could you help us to do a survey? (:"
gal 1: " errr, no thanks."
me: "hmm, we wun take long, just 5 to 10 mins? and since u all seems to b not in a rush? ;D"
gal 2: -peeps at our survey- "OH! i do this survey b4!!"
cons: " really? are u sure? i think its different (:"
gal 2: "im sure! last yr some church ask me to do it!"
cons: "no la, its not the same. (: we are not representing any church(:"
cons: -took out the booklet- (SMART MOVE!!) " have you seen this booklet b4?"
gal 1, 2, 3: NO.
cons: "see, i told you its a different survey. (:"
(the three gals hesistating)
me: "hmm, you dunwan to do survey right? nvm, its alright. ;D"
me: "actually we are a grp of poly students, and we are in a camp now."
me: " we just gone thru some training that teaches us how to use this booklet. we need to gather some feedbacks from it. can u all help us? ;D"
gal 1: " OKAY! SKIP THE SURVEY! STRAIGHT AWAY GO THROUGH WITH US!! "
hahahaha! she's so cute! xD
then after sharing, the 1st gal prayed and received christ! (:
yup! yay! then the 2nd and 3rd didn't. but its okay! xD
im still very happy! haha.
and the 3rd gal was actually a muslim!
i tot it was super scary to share with muslim and stuff!
but i actually did, unknowingly! HAHA! ;D
and lastly, i shared with a very friendly gal who was a christian on the satisfied booklet! xD
YAY!
it was a fruitful experience! (:
